Today With Patty – March 7, 2007

by Patty

I have just been going from meeting to meeting to meeting again today, although this time I did have a nice lunch in Durham, and I never go to Durham. But we (that includes Ryal and Kipp) had lunch at Brightleaf Square, and it was charming. And we ate a wonderful meal at a Greek place called Taverna Nikos, and I had my favorite, calamari. We met with an editor of one of the area’s publications, and we had a great time learning more about their work.

I then jumped over to Duke University Hospital, where I waited and waited, but what else is new? John had his stitches removed, so I no longer am married to Frankenstein.

Wish I could blog more today, but I am off to my fundraiser for Secretary of State Elaine Marshall. I will tell you more about it in tomorrow’s blog.
