Today With Patty – March 9, 2007

Today’s blog will be short and sweet. I came into the office late this morning because I had an appointment – with my mattress. I still will not admit that I am sick, that I am fighting it. Not that anyone would notice, because half the office is out today with their kids’ sicknesses or doctor appointments. We still have not had a full staff day with everybody in the office since Jan. 1. If we do, I am going to open up the champagne.

We have had a choco-riffic day here at MMI. I brought in a bunch of Ghirardelli chocolates someone sent me that I definitely do not need. Then we had a cake in honor of Wesley publishing his new book Kicking Off the Week Kipp cut himself a piece of cake six inches wide and completed his day by now having chocolate for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

Have to go now. Will talk more on Monday.
