Today With Patty...

Last night I partied with some of my favorite friends at Iatria Day Spa and Health Center , to celebrate President Erika Mangrum’s third anniversary as a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization. A masseuse named “Nilsa” gave me a mind-blowing 1 ½ -hour massage. I love going to Iatria—it’s my idea of heaven to lie around with my women friends, with all of us in robes, eating cake, drinking champagne and receiving massages. Life just doesn’t get any better.

Our MMI post cards went out today, announcing that we are the sixth largest PR firm in the Triangle, according to the Triangle Business Journal’s Book of Lists. Our thanks to MMI client Wendy Coulter of Hummingbird Creative Group , a creative services firm specializing in building brand identities, for designing the post card! People are already telling me that they love it.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to everyone! We’re certainly celebrating here at MMI with our green clothing and accessories. Nicole and Kate are wearing headbands with cute little antennae that blink, powered by tiny batteries. They have plans for tonight, those two lovely young singles …

As for me, the physical therapy I’m doing for my shoulder is exhausting me. I think a serious nap may be in store for me as soon as I leave work.
