Today With Patty: A Fun and Cool Dentist

I went over to see a potential new client today who is an aesthetic dentist. I really thought it would not be a good match for us, but I decided I would go and talk with him anyway. However, it turns out they are really fun and cool, and they do great work, so we may be doing something with them – although I do think he was really surprised when I told him about what my clients give me as gifts, and he thought that a white fox jacket in August was an interesting choice for a gift.

Dorm Shopping

I took Katie shopping for lamps and rugs for her dorm room at Peace College. We did not find what we were looking for, so I have a feeling we will be out shopping again tonight after we go to dinner. Speaking of dinner …

1705Prime Chophouse

We are headed over to 1705Prime Chophouse and Events for their Wine Lover’s Night. Michelle and Kate from the office are joining us. Apparently they are objecting to part of the menu that offers bone marrow. Now mind you, they have never had bone marrow – they just do not like the way it sounds. I will see if I cannot correct that tonight. As for me, I am looking forward to it all – wine, bone marrow and everything.
