I have been in meetings all day today, so I only have a few minutes.
I wanted to tell you about the First Citizens grand opening party last night. Oh. My. God. It was the most elaborate event that I have ever seen in the Triangle. They must have spent a quarter of a million dollars on the party. There were bands and champagne and caviar and different rooms with different colors and art docents.
It was quite the affair. I though the Paragon Bank opening was the event, but this thing tops them all.
