Today With Patty: Free Fall

by Patty

I have been very remiss in my blogging of late. The real reason is that I do not have one free moment in my day, the office took over my calendar and they are literally booking my meetings a half-hour apart. I have to ask permission to use the ladies room. Things are busy around here, which is a good thing, but sometimes a bit too much of a good thing.

Bone Crushing Fall

Let me tell you about my bone crushing fall. I have not had a bone crushing fall in a while, and I was really starting to think that maybe I was becoming gazelle-like again. I worked late last night and as I was walking to my car along the dark side of the building, I thought I spied a person out of the corner of my eye, which kinda flipped me out. So I turned my head, tripped over the curb and went down like a rock. The worst part was that the “person” was the DHL box.

To add insult to injury I had spent most of Monday morning with my “voodoo doctors” (Carolina Chiropractic & Wellness) getting acupuncture, chiropractic and NET work done so I was feeling great. Now I have snapped my entire body and am walking like an old woman. I hurt everywhere. I would go back to my chiropractor but there is no time in my schedule to do so.
