Today with Patty: Work and Play

by Patty

We had a fun weekend with 7-year-old, Heather. It is such a great age. They still have a lot of wonder about life but they are also pretty self-sufficient. We had our tea party and watched countless episodes of The Black Stallion. The little girl loves horses. John even joined in on our tea party, since we served chocolate ice cream and M&M’s in the tea cups. This is always a big hit with little girls and husbands.

Saturday morning we made both pancakes AND eggs and then went down to the lake to feed the ducks. I even taught her to play sudoku. How scary is it that the 7-year-old was doing pretty well at Sudoku?

Peace Be With Payroll

The rest of the weekend was pretty quiet. I am such a loser because I worked till 9 o’clock on Saturday night, trying to wrap up year-end stuff. One bright spot in my life is Precision Payroll. I’m happy to report that BB&T is the anti-Christ to Precision Payroll. There was not one mistake anywhere on our payroll, all the forms were correct, they only hit my bank account once, and all of my employees got paid. There is a God. I love Precision Payroll.
