Today Without Patty: Travel Drama

by Patty

Patty has arrived safely in Orlando after much trouble and strife concerning her flight. Traveling to Orlando for an Enterprising Women Conference, Patty arrived at the airport this morning to find out that her AirTran flight did not exist. An entire flight of passengers set to fly this imaginary aircraft were thus left to figure out a new plan. After finding a feasible flight through STA Travel, Patty and the STA associate engaged in a tiff because supposedly string cheese is now some sort of terrorist weapon. Needless to say, Patty did not indulge in her “dangerous” string cheese.

Patty informs us that despite all of the travel drama she has arrived in Orlando relatively unscathed. Diane Kuehn, president and CEO of VisionPoint Marketing, will be Patty’s roommate for her short stay in sunny Florida. She has supposedly been informed about Patty’s snoring so hopefully their night will be much better than their hellacious day. Patty has promised to report the extended version of her travel debacle on Monday.

As for the rest of us here at MMI, enjoy your Friday, have a great weekend and beware of string cheese possessors lurking around dark corners.
