Volunteer Spotlight

I am proud to brag about my grandfather this week. He has been recognized by his local community in their first ever Volunteer Spotlight. I am not surprised at all, he and my grandmother have always been generous about donating their time. It is their example that has taught my father, who in turn taught me, the importance of giving back to your community. Congratulations Pop, you obviously don’t need any PR advice from me!

Public Relations for the N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) U.S. 1/64

MMI Associates was contracted to handle media relations and to organize various efforts to open the communication lines between the construction entities on the project and motorists. The firm developed a strategic public relations campaign to ensure that local motorists and those passing through would be aware of the most up-to-date traffic patterns.
