NEW YORK, N.Y. – Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) New York member Amy Birnbaum and members-at-large Pamela O’Rourke and Rosalie Stackman Edson have been named to the Enterprising Women National Advisory Board. As members of the National Advisory Board, Birnbaum, O’Rourke and Edson will provide advice to the publication’s staff to tailor the publication to meet the needs of entrepreneurial women. The WPO is a nonprofit membership organization for women presidents who have guided their businesses to generate at least $2 million in gross annual sales (or $1 million for a service-based business). Enterprising Women is the nation’s only women-owned magazine published exclusively for women business owners that chronicles the growing political, economic and social influence and power of entrepreneurial women.
“I salute the contributions these remarkable women are making,” said Marsha Firestone, Ph.D., president and founder of the Women Presidents’ Organization. “WPO members will surely be outstanding assets to Enterprising Women.”
