WPO Member Featured Speaker At Middle East And North African Women Business Summit

NEW YORKThe Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) East Bay Chapter member Cecilia McCloy, president of Integrated Science Solutions, Inc. (ISSi), was a featured speaker and participant at the 2006 Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Businesswomen’s Summit Oct. 31 through Nov. 2 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The summit brought 250 women business leaders from the region together with women executives and women business owners from the United States to share solutions for challenges they face in business and help take business in the region to a new level. The event was sponsored by the Middle East Partnership Initiative of the U.S. State Department with support from the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The WPO is a nonprofit membership organization for a diverse group of women presidents who have guided their businesses to at least $2 million in gross annual sales (or $1 million for a service-based business).
